He's been compared to Sergio Busquets, and Liverpool have joined Europe's elite in checking in on the starlet
Neves, 17, is one of Europe's most exciting talents, and has already broken into the first team with the Portuguese giants.
And he has been so impressive this season that Porto teammate and former Barca winger Cristian Tello compared him to Spain star Busquets:
"He is fantastic with the ball at his feet, he knows how to position himself and he’s aggressive.
"He’s similar to Sergio Busquets.”
Liverpool scouts watched on as he came off the bench to play half an hour of the Dragon's 1-0 defeat to Maritimo on Sunday, and has also been watched by Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain this season.
Neves is expected to be fast-tracked into the full Portugal squad before the end of the season, with a £29million release clause already placed into his newly-extended contract.
